1. Concept Design
Listening to and understanding the clients aspirations to prepare the brief that considers both the client's desires and the budget. Preparation of the preliminary sketch plans inline with the agreed brief.

2. Design Development
Further development of the initial concepts/sketch plans with feedback from the clients to fine tune the design, while adding value to the project. Preparation of the advanced sketch plans for the client's approval prior to proceeding to the construction documentation stage.

3. Town Planning
Where a planning permit is required, assisting with the selection of a qualified town planning consultant and preparing the required documentation for the submission.

4. Construct Documentation
Preparation of the construction documentation, including overseeing and incorporating documentation from the other consultants. Offering the construction documentation to the builders for tendering and submission of applications to local councils for approval and permits.

5. Contractor Selection
Assisting with the contract negotiations and the selection of a reliable builder to carry out the works under contract.

6. Contract Administration
During the construction process, assessing the builder’s quality of work, his compliance with the contract drawings and specifications, and processing the builder's claims prior to payment.
